At the City of Vincent, we want to help you to stay connected and focus on your wellbeing during these challenging times, so we’re doing more to support our Vincent community.
The Vincent Community Volunteer Network is designed to ensure people who need a hand during the pandemic are looked after. Volunteers can sign up to help their neighbours with anything from ‘check in’ phone calls to dog walking.
If you’ve already made your way through all of the books on your shelf, the City of Vincent Library is now offering Stay at Home Book Bags, which provide avid readers with a mystery bag of 12 books.
Beatty Park may be closed, but the team is running online classes to help keep everyone fit, and our rangers are watching out for people in our extra busy parks with a new focus on community safety.
Staying home isn’t forever and it is making a big difference. Keep up the great work everyone!
Best wishes,
Emma Cole.
