Notice is hereby given that due to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements, from 30 March 2020 until further notice the City of Vincent’s Council Briefings and Council Meetings will be held electronically (eMeetings). Live streaming of eMeetings is available on the City’s website -  at http://webcast.vincent.wa.gov.au/video.php

Amendments to the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 were passed by Parliament on 25 March 2020 and came into force on 26 March 2020. The amendments mean local governments can hold electronic Council and Committee meetings during a public health emergency, and the public can be requested to submit the questions prior to the meeting.

Public question time will still occur during these electronic meetings. Questions must be provided to Administration (governance@vincent.wa.gov.au) by 3pm on the day of the Briefing / Meeting, so they can be raised and responded to during public question time.

Further details of the public question time protocol are provided here.
