The City provides public notice of its intention to adopt two new policies.

Attendance at Events Policy – public notice approved by Council at its 17 November 2020 Meeting

The proposed new policy sets out the key legislative requirements and defines events that do not trigger the conflict of interest provisions and are exempt from the gift disclosure requirements.

Library and Local History Collection Policy – public notice approved by Council at its 15 December 2020 Meeting

This new policy proposes to consolidate and replace the City’s Library Collection Management Policy (3.11.1 ) and Local History Collection Management Policy (3.11.2).

The new policy reflects contemporary practices.
